Welcome to Gareth
Gareth Cox is from Leicestershire and has been working with sound for the last 20 years.
Starting out as a bedroom producer he began building a small studio based around hardware which set a president for a life path of music creation.
Having released tracks since the age of 18 he then moved onto study Music Technology at Staffordshire University gaining his industry 'stripes' working as assistant sound engineer to the hugely successful 'Lo-fidelity Allstars' in Brighton.
Subsequently he spent many years in London leading various Ableton Live and Sound Synthesis courses for Garnish Music London and SubBass Academy. Today he is based back in Leicestershire where he conducts his bespoke music production tuition and drumming.
In addition he is part of various music projects (Zodiac Wax) and collaborations having great connections with several well respected labels, mastering engineers & Boiler Room. He has remixed work for artists such as Denai Moore and Rae and Christian with his recent output appearing in Secret 13 journal, CLASH magazine, BBC 1xtra & 6Music.
