Awards nomination klaxon! Our World War II audio drama “Unsinkable” (a .media co-production with Datura Studios, North Atlantic Ridge and AudioMarvels) has been nominated for a Webby at the 29th Annual Webby Awards. We are now competing for the internet’s two most coveted Awards (their words not ours) - The Webby Award and The Webby People’s Voice Award.

That’s the 4th major nomination the show’s received and for a collective of boutique indies competing against the likes of Audible and the BBC we’re certainly punching above our weight. These nominations are especially pleasing given that this series was rejected by all the major audio platforms, was independently financed and was the No. 1 fiction podcast in several territories. Huge kudos to the cast and crew.

There's a little less than 24hrs to contribute to our crowdfund for the audio drama "Harry's Home".

While hitting our target would be amazing (but now not possible), another £1k will allow us to record the script, whilst we secure funding for the post production.

We are increasingly reading and hearing more and more about Dementia and Alzheimer's disease and the impact it's having on families and friends. While some forms are genetic, most are lifestyle based. Not everybody will develop dementia. But many people will, and it's often hard to acknowledge that one day it might affect you, directly or indirectly.

"Harry's Home" isn't really about Dementia and Alzheimer's disease. It's about his family - and that's something many of us can relate to. I certainly can having lost my father to Dementia.

This audio drama promotes understanding and empathy. It's not being made to scare or preach. But if we CAN make it, we really think it'll make a big difference to those who hear it.
