And here we are again at the start of another week 🤪

What a busy week last week was, my middle girl Izzy turned 18, my eldest Elisha graduated from Northumbria University with a Batchelor of science in psychology with a specialisation in clinical psychology with a 2:1 upper division.

I sea dipped Saturday and Sunday plus lots of walking, running and gardening 🥰

13.4 miles on Friday, including a run to my favourite spot — the Charm.

18 miles on Saturday, from Saltburn to Sandsend, soaking in those stunning coastal views.

8.8 miles exploring Guisborough Woods yesterday — nature therapy at its best!

And to top it all off… a gorgeous, refreshing sea dip to close out the weekend. 💙✨

Feeling grateful for strong legs, beautiful places, and cold water resets.

Massive thank you to my amazing clients yesterday — you truly made my day so much brighter when everything else seemed to go wrong 💜

I’m happy to say the TV and internet are back up and running (2 weeks without a TV means I’ve a lot of Emmerdale to catch up on), and my car will be fixed soon too.
