A little throwback to our last Flourish Soundbath… and a reminder that we’re doing it all again! 🥹💗

Our last Soundbath evening was such a lovely opportunity to switch off, slow down and spend some time together away from the usual business conversations.

So when I started thinking about how I wanted to celebrate 3 years of Flourish, bringing everyone together for another one just felt right. 🌸

On 14th October, will be joining us for a beautiful Sound bath, with time to enjoy being together as a community ✨

No networking pressure. No business talk required. Just comfy clothes, a couple of hours to relax and a room full of amazing business women. ✨

Flourish Together is back by request! 🌸

After such lovely feedback from the first Flourish Together, and a few requests to bring it back, our next social media co-working morning is officially in the diary.

Flourish Together gives you two dedicated hours to focus on your social media away from the distractions of your usual working day.

I’ll provide a selection of guided prompts to help you generate ideas, create content and make progress on the things you’ve been meaning to work on.

The aim? To leave with actual finished content ready to use, rather than another page of ideas to add to your to-do list. 👏🏼

And I’ll be there, ask me questions, get my thoughts on an idea, talk through something you’re stuck on or get another pair of eyes on your content while you’re creating it.

I’m keeping Flourish Together exclusively limited to just 5 people, so everyone has plenty of opportunity to ask questions, get my input and receive support while you work. 🌸

Plus, you’ll be alongside a small group of other business women, with the chance to share ideas and learn from each other too.

After a very full summer, a weekend in Cornwall with a friend was exactly what I needed. 🌊🫶🏻

And I came home feeling properly relaxed.

Not “I took some time off but secretly thought about work the entire time” relaxed. 😂

I genuinely didn’t think about work at all.

No emails. No planning what I needed to do when I got home. Not even one new Reel idea popped into my head! Which, if you know me, is quite the achievement. 😂

Instead, I explored, ate good food, enjoyed the views and read… a lot. 📚🤍

When you run your own business, especially one that revolves around social media, it can feel like you’re always connected. There’s always something you could be posting, replying to, editing or planning.

But sometimes you really do need to completely switch off.

Put the phone down. Stop thinking about what’s next. Be where you actually are. Enjoy the views in person and not through your phone.

Your business will still be there when you get back.

And sometimes you come back feeling so much better for giving your brain a proper break from it all. 🌸

Cornwall, you were exactly what I needed. 🌊💗

That’s exactly what a Flourish Elevation Day is.

It’s not a group workshop or a day of sitting and listening to me talk at you. 😂 It’s dedicated time for us to get stuck into your business, your content and what you want to achieve.

We can look at your strategy, messaging and content pillars, brainstorm ideas, plan what you’re actually going to post and create content together.

And because it’s completely 1:1, the day is shaped around what YOU need most.

One of the biggest things I want from these days is for you to actually leave feeling like we’ve made progress.

Not with pages and pages of notes and another to-do list waiting for you at home… We actually get stuff DONE together. 👏🏼

You get my brain, ideas, strategy and creativity focused on your business for the day, while we work through the things you’ve been putting off, feeling stuck on or simply haven’t had time to sit down and tackle.

And just like that… summer is coming to an end. 🔆🌸

At the end of July, I looked at my August diary and it was looking… pretty quiet. 👀

I told myself it was summer. People were away. Business naturally slows down a little.
But if I’m being truthful, there was still that little voice wondering whether it was too quiet. 😂

Fast forward a month…

I’ve welcomed new clients, had some brilliant content shoots, filled my days with meetings and 1:1s, caught up with some wonderful business women and friends, and had lots of exciting conversations about what’s coming next.

And somehow, I’ve gone from looking at that quiet August diary to being fully booked for content shoots until October. 🥹🙏🏻

To keep it real there has been life happening alongside Flourish too. Hospital appointments. Time with friends and family. A new home to enjoy. A garden slowly becoming my little sanctuary. Days where work hasn’t been the only thing on my mind.

Because that’s real life. And running a business has to fit amongst all of it.

Looking back, I’m really bloody proud of this summer💗

And now September is looking VERY exciting, a full month of shoots, new clients, new experiences and plenty happening behind the scenes.

Thank you to every client who has trusted me this summer, every person who has recommended Flourish, booked a shoot, had a coffee with me, sent an enquiry or simply supported what I’m building.

Summer, you’ve been a good one 🙏🏻 Flourishing🌸
