The Royal Oak is perfectly located in the heart of Keswick with everything you could possibly need right on your doorstep. Whether you’re looking to bag wainwrights, enjoy a scenic lakeside stroll, browse the many dog friendly shops, or hire a boat like we did, there’s something for everyone to enjoy ☺️

Start your day with a hearty breakfast in the pub before heading out to explore, then return in the evening for cosy meals and perhaps a cocktail, or three! 😋

The dog friendly rooms are super spacious, cosy and modern, the perfect place to rest your feet (or paws) after a day of adventuring in the lakes 🐾 🥾

The Lake District is one of those places that never loses its magic ⛰️ no matter how many times we visit, we always have the most incredible time. It’s such a special place, and every trip feels just as memorable as the last ❤️

We had a gorgeous weekend away in this adorable treehouse in Shropshire with 🌲

We would come back here in a heartbeat, a place we could truly switch off and enjoy being in nature with our dogs ☺️

Such a good decision we did it three times…

Happy national rescue day to our three girls Hazel, Holly & Blossom ❤️‍🩹 they completed our pack and keep our boys Hugo & Hunter in check every day 😆
