There’s been a lack of Christmas spirit on our page this year as I’ve been so poorly 🙈 but whenever I see the dogs in their red fleeces I automatically feel more festive 🎅

Wrapping up for winter walks 🥶

I’ve been living in my new altitude thermal leggings from whilst recovering from the dreaded flu 🤧 they are shower resistant, fleece lined, have a four way stretch and they have a 0.4 tog rating 🙌 I am in love with this chocolate plum colour and it matches my cocoon coat perfectly! I completed my outfit with the cloud wrap scarf in black to keep me extra cosy 🥰 AD gifted items

You want an easy hike with a cool cave? We got you 👏

Location at the end 📍

We parked in the White Moss car park and had a nice walk over to the cave with stunning views of the water. We actually extended our loop and went up to Loughrigg fell to bag a wainwright 🥾 but if you fancy a quiet one, hiking up to the caves is still such a fun venture out with your dogs! 🐶

The caves can get busy on weekends so head out early, visit in the colder months or go on a weekday if you want to beat the crowds! We visited early morning in March and at the start of September, both times were on a weekend and it was much quieter in March 🙌

Long dogs, strong joints 🐶💦

Nothing like a swimming lesson to keep these little legs going! We add Movewellia daily to the dogs food to help look after their joints alongside monthly swimming classes to keep them strong 🤿 AD
