💙💚 A Message to Anyone Struggling with Su***de 🩵💚

Some of the toughest battles are fought long after service ends.
Not on a battlefield — but in the mind, in the quiet moments, behind closed doors.

If you’re fighting those battles today, please listen:

Your story isn’t finished.
Your life has value.
And the world is not better without you — it is better because you are here.

You don’t have to pretend you’re fine.
You don’t have to carry everything alone.
Reaching out isn’t weakness.
It’s strength.
It’s survival.
It’s choosing to stay.

To every veteran who feels tired, lost, or invisible:
You matter more than you know.
There are people — including everyone in this group — who care deeply about you.

If today is hard, don’t face it on your own.
Talk to someone.
Message someone.
Tell someone.
Even if all you can say is, “I’m struggling.”

We’re here.
We see you.
We won’t let you walk this path alone.

💙 Hold on. Stay with us. You are needed💙

PTSD — The Battle No One Sees

Some wounds don’t bleed.
Some injuries leave no scars on the outside.
PTSD is one of those unseen battles — fought in silence, in the darkness of long nights, and in the quiet moments when memories return without warning.

For so many of our veterans, PTSD means:

• Nightmares that feel real
• Flashbacks that hit out of nowhere
• Guilt that doesn’t belong to you
• Anxiety that never switches off
• Feeling helpless, abandoned, or misunderstood
• Carrying the weight of memories you never asked for

Combat doesn’t end just because the uniform comes off.
The mind keeps fighting long after the world assumes the battle is over.

At Value Our Veterans and F.O.B Hope, we want every veteran to know this:

You are not weak.
You are not broken.
And you are not alone — not for one second.

PTSD is an injury, not a failure.
Your struggles are real, your experiences are valid, and your story matters.

Healing takes time.
Some days will feel overwhelming, some days will feel impossible — but every day you keep going is proof of your strength.

We are here for you.
To stand with you.
To speak for you when you can’t.
To support you in the moments when the weight feels too heavy.

To every veteran fighting the invisible war each day:
We see you.
We value you.
And at Value Our Veterans and F.O.B Hope, you will always have a place, a voice, and a community that cares ❤️

❤️ Every Day is Remembrance Day ❤️

Remembrance isn’t just one moment of silence.
It isn’t just the second Sunday in November.
It’s every single day.

Every day, someone wakes up missing the person they lost.
Every day, a veteran carries memories that never truly fade.
Every day, families live with the legacy of service and sacrifice.

We remember in the little things —
A poppy in the window.
A story passed down.
A quiet thought for those who never made it home.
A simple “thank you” to someone who served.

Here at Value Our Veterans, we honour them not once a year,
but always.
Because remembrance is love.
Remembrance is respect.
Remembrance is keeping their names, their stories, and their courage alive.

Today, tomorrow, and every day after...
We will remember them ❤️
