We just cut a day-and-a-half job down to 6 hours — and the result was actually better. 👀
One of our clients needed their big annual report for the board. Twelve months of analytics and content calendars to pull together would usually be a proper slog.
This time we built a Copilot Notebook, connected all the data, and asked it to find the patterns: when reach and engagement peaked, and which types of content were driving it. The stuff that normally takes hours of digging? Minutes.
Then we did the human bit — reviewed it, made sure it actually rang true, found the story in it, and designed it up in Canva.
The lesson I keep sharing with clients: the goal isn't just to save time. It's to spend that time on the things that add real value. Same hours, better work. 💪
