Recent works on multiple European ash trees, severely affected by ash dieback - indicated by the lack of foliage density in the trees crowns and the excess deadwood within the trees.

🌳 Ash dieback (Hymenoscyphus fraxineus) will kill up to 80% of ash trees across the UK. The effects have already been staggering due to the widespread Infection through out the whole of Europe. It will change the landscape forever and threaten many species which rely on ash.
Infection can lead to leaf loss and dead branches throughout the crown of ash trees, and clumps of new growth towards the centre of the crown.
