Every single month, something on it needs to change.

Why? Because Google rewards websites that are alive. Because your clients need to know what is new. Because your seasonal offers deserve to be seen.

Most therapists build a website, launch it, and never touch it again. Then they wonder why new clients are not coming through.

I hear it all the time. I do not need a website, I have got Instagram.
But here is the truth nobody wants to hear.
Instagram is not a business. It is a platform that can disappear, change its algorithm, or shadowban you tomorrow.
Your website is yours🤘
And more importantly, a proper website does three things Instagram cannot:
• It gets you on Google. When someone searches facials near me, your website shows up. Instagram does not.
• It centralises everything. Your about page, your services, your pricing, your booking link, your email capture all in one place.
• It shows personality and professionalism. A website says I am serious about my business.
I spent years thinking my Instagram was enough. Then I built a proper website and within months I had enquiries from people who had never seen my Instagram at all.
That is the difference between a side hustle and a real business🌙🙏

Right. We need to have a chat.

You have spent thousands on your treatment room. Your products are luxe. Your client experience is faultless. People walk in and feel like they have arrived somewhere special.

And then… your website.

The one that has not been updated since 2016. The one you built yourself one Sunday afternoon and never finished. The one you cringe at every time someone says “do you have a link I can check out?”

Here is the truth nobody is saying out loud:

If your treatment room is 10/10 and your website is a 4, you are losing new clients before they have even met you.

Because new clients are not finding you through your beautifully lit treatment room. They are finding you through your website. And right now, your website is telling them you are not bothered.

I am not saying this to be mean. I am saying it because I see brilliant therapists undervaluing themselves online every single day. Women who deserve a fully booked diary, charging proper prices, instead of wondering why the same clients keep them afloat.

Your work deserves better. Your business deserves better. You deserve better🥰🤘

Honestly… this winds me up a bit.

I see so many women being rushed through loads of treatments in a really short space of time, then wondering why they still don’t feel confident after and then have to go on more training!

You do not need to learn five treatments in three days.
You need to learn one properly first.

Get good at it.
Understand it.
Practice it.
Build confidence in it.
Then add more on top.

That is how real confidence is built.
Not by cramming everything in and hoping for the best.
