Some song writing on a cold Thursday after lessons!

It's fantastic to be back in the studio and working on some original music for a certain classic rock band!

It has been a while since I've wielded this particular axe and I must say, I've fallen back in love with this gorgeous Cort G290 after 12 months almost exclusively playing a Fender Strat (for no specific reason haha).

It's approaching that reflective time of year when the last few gigs are being played and the previous 12 months contemplated. I honestly never would have expected to perform at half of the shows I have this year and to have enjoyed so many months with so many people. Relief is certainly one word for it. I know I'll never take performing and audiences for granted ever again. A huge thank you to everyone that has supported live music in such troubling and turbulent times.

A very interesting and exciting 2022 is knocking at the door and I am particularly looking forward to launching a brand new show with 'Pure Floyd' and a top secret tribute act ;)

This Saturday are performing at The Ark Manningtree and then next week, are heading to Sheffield to play Winter Rocks!

A huge thank you to everyone that has come through our doors this year, we hope you have an amazing Christmas!

❄️ Christmas Day - Radio West Norfolk ❄️

I am excited to share that the vocal cover of 'Baby it's cold outside' I recently recorded with my better half (Kia) will be played by the legendary Simon Rowe on the radio West Norfolk breakfast show around 9:30 am!!

I'd also just like to say a huge merry christmas to everyone out there who has supported my solo work, various bands and The Porridge Studio this year, it really has meant a lot in a difficult 12 months. I hope you can all enjoy a different, but equally special festive period with your loved ones in mind.

I'll certainly toast to the hope of a much improved 2021 with lots of memory making and live music!!
