I didn’t achieve very many of my goals in 2024 year but here’s what I’m proud of at the end of this year:
✔️Understanding my ADHD way better
✔️Proving my own resilience
✔️Being kinder to myself
✔️Not obsessing so much over my body
✔️Actually taking better care of my health
✔️Starting to set boundaries with clients
✔️Being confident in my own talents
✔️Not doubting what I bring to the table
✔️Building and sticking to a morning routine (huge win for a life long night owl)
✔️Embracing uncertainty and moving to a brand new city
I actually could add way more to the list, but I share all of the above to say you whether you hit huge milestones this year or not, there’s always so much to be proud of!
