Due to difficult circumstances, we are very sad to announce that Rock Hard Music is now closed.

The team would like to thank everyone who has brought their custom to the shop over the last 15 years. It has honestly been a privilege and honour to serve and get to know so many great musicians and music fans; many who have become good friends and like family to us.

The future of Rock Hard Music reopening as a music shop is uncertain at this moment, but we are hoping that it can be sold as an existing music trade so it can continue serve the good people of MK and the local area.

Sending thanks and gratitude to everyone for making our time at RHM such a pleasure. We wish you all the very best.

SPOT THE DIFFERENCE !
One of these sets of strings is a fake. Can you spot which one is the genuine article?
Counterfeiters are getting better and better at faking goods that we buy and pick on larger well known brands to copy.
The actual strings in the fake packet look quite different in that the winding does not go all the way to the end of the string. If you look closely at the plain .10 string, you can see that the surface is rough and not fully plated.
Why spend hundreds of pounds, even thousands, on a nice instrument, and then spoil it by using cheap, fake strings.
Ernie Ball strings are made in America on some of the most advanced machines available. If you see a bargain offer of '3 sets for a tenner', ask yourself . . . how do they do it so cheap?
Not all strings are equal !
