Bayelsa Deputy Governor, Senator Lawrence Ewhrudjakpo, d!es hours after collapsing in his office

The deputy governor of Bayelsa state, Governor, Senator Lawrence Ewhrudjakpo, has been confirmed de@d after he collapsed earlier this afternoon, December 11.

He is said to have collapsed while in his office at about 1.30pm and was rushed to the Federal Medical Centre (FMC), Yenagoa where he has now been confirmed de@d.

Born on September 5, 1965, Senator Ewhrudjakpo was 60 years old at the time of his de@th.

Vanguard reports that the deputy governor collapsed in serious condition before being transported to the hospital’s emergency unit where has now been certified de@d.

Sources claim he has overtime maintained a demanding work schedule and have described him as a “workaholic” who rarely found time to rest.

May his soul rest in peace, Amen.

This was Egbeigwe in 2021 when he had accident and developed hip problem; and was to be treated in Indian via surgery.

A man donated 6.5 million. 1.5M to Egbeigwe and 5 million through Anịọma Garri to use facilitate Egbeigwe travel to India for his hip surgery.

Anịọma Garri cornered the 5 million given to Egbeigwe till date. The 1.5 sent to Egbeigwe, he even demanded he should send it back. Egbeigwe raised alarm, he used manipulation to cover up the case.

Listen, some of you are just worse than APC to defend these people. You are worse than the evịl you claim to hate. The strategy is this. Do some theatrical goodwill. Oh humanitarian. Then commit. Rinse and repeat. They will definitely defend you.
