Kam Sehajpal from ACRMK - Asian Community Radio Milton Keynes attended a devotional concert this evening in aid of free healthcare for the underprivileged and needy in India featuring Sumeet Tappoo, award winning recording and international performing artist who has captured the hearts of millions of people globally with his soulful voice.

Alongside Sumeet on his concert tour were six exceptional musicians from the Bollywood music scene:

Kiran Vinkar (Flautist)
Rishi Shankar (Lead Guitarist)
Mukesh Choudhury (Keyboardist)
Manok Kumar (Rhythmist)
Lokesh Gandharv (Tabla Player)
Ajay Dande (Percussionist)

It was an amazing evening and while it was a devotional concert we were treated to some old school Bollywood tracks. Sumeet really was a sport and everyone had opportunities for photos after the performance.

The event was organised by the Anugraham Charitable Trust UK whose aim is to alleviate suffering and promote progress & development for those in need.

CHHAAVA roars on its opening weekend, a powerful presentation of a brave hero and his sacrifice for his country.

Vicky Kaushal gives an intense and powerful performance as Maratha king, Chatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj. Akshay Khanna is unrecognisable as the menacing Aurangzeb and Rashmika Mandanna as Maharani Yesubai, who despite the minimum screen time delivers an emotional performance.

And though it’s not for the faint hearted with the action packed scenes, it is a cinematic experience that deserves to be witnessed on the big screen!
