I absolutely loved working on this 🇺🇸 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 collab; it’s such a great feeling to put a track out into the world that’s more than just a banging track, it’s become a catalyst to open a conversation within the hiphop and wider community around the struggles of addiction and the benefits of choosing a life of sobriety, something Multifacted Monster experiences first hand as a self confessed addict.

I’m so proud of this Monster, the track we made and the conversations it’s opening up. Monster has even joined forces with the Anonymous Hope Foundation, putting on a series of music events to raise money to provide scholarships for other addicts in need of access to sober living accomodation and support programmes in CA, USA. There’s monsters inside of all of us, the one that wins is the one we choose to feed 🫶🏻

This morning I had to say sweet dreams to my beautiful Lily. Lil’s was 6 when she became part of the family… we shared 10 years of adventures and I’m so blessed to have loved her and felt her love.

After an incredibly tough few weeks of a diabetes diagnosis, along with other conditions; my husband and I just knew she was done with fighting and as our last act of love, I held her face as she melted into my hands, whilst I told her how loved she is. I asked her to let me know she was home, by leaving me a whiska and as I walked up my staircase, there it was… she was home.

She didn’t stop there… when I walked into my garden, there was the most beautiful Scarlet Tiger Moth on my back door, that stepped onto my hand and refused to leave… another sign letting me know she was home. To anyone else whose had to choose this last act of love for their fur babies… I feel your aching hearts. Lily I Love You x

Hey 👋

I recently had the pleasure of co-writing the most beautiful song called ‘Inconceivable’ with Rachel Walker Mason & Dan Fry; which Dan and I also co-produced for a new musical called The Circle Musical.

Currently fundraising is underway to get the show workshopped and filmed for producers to see, with the intention of taking it to the West End. We’re up to £7,500 of our £10,000 goal and have 17 days left.

Massive love for Resonant; thanks so much for inviting me to be a part of the project over the past 2 years, I’ve had an absolute blast and met some incredibly talented and inspiring music heads 🫶🏻

We're sharing our Resonant Case Studies, the aim of which is to celebrate the collaborators and participants of the project over the past two years of our activity 🥳🤩

Today we're joined by Blooms (she/her) - our mentor, workshop and studio trip host:

"Hey I’m Millie Blooms - an Artist, Songwriter & Producer based in Monmouth, South Wales. My passions are producing music, graphics & videos for both myself and other artists and in addition, I support artists to set up their distribution, royalty pros and other music business elements.

I’ve absolutely loved working with many of the Resonant 10 over the last 2 years; in both group workshops and 1-2-1 sessions. It’s been a joy to connect with them all; hear about their projects, experiences and goals and collaborate on a variety of production & business elements. It’s been a privilege to play a small part in their music journeys and I love watching them grow in confidence & achieve their goals.

One standout connection for me would have to be Liam J. Edwards who has since become a client & friend; who has gone on to not only produce & self-release some great pop music, but is flourishing into an exciting & inspiring q***r artist.

Another would have to be Gemma from Nookie; who’s incredibly talented and excelling with her band. They’re definitely one to watch. And it’s thanks to Gem & her sister Violet that I got invited to perform on ITV’s Backstage - Celebrating 50 Years of Hip hop in Wales. I massively appreciated them looking out for me. That to me absolutely encompasses the heart of the ‘Resonant Project’; we’re a family of creatives that support each other.

I’m currently working on a number of projects for both myself and other artists and am constantly inspired by those I met on the Resonant projects. Their excitement, energy and passion to progress their careers is infectious and after many years of personally riding the highs and lows of the music industry, is a beautiful reminder of what drives me to continue progressing.

2024 is set for me to produce more music to release for my solo project, so I can continue to build my catalogue, network & fanbase and then focus on more live shows. I’m also co-writing and producing lots of music & videos with a variety of other multi-genre artists, so I’m excited for more adventures in the new year."

Songwriting camps are so much fun and I would totally recommend them. I love working with other artists from different genres and creating a variety of songs; who knew I’d end up writing loads of Country music 💁🏻‍♀️
