Please continue to use the website www.monmouthaid.co.uk so we can:
๐Ÿ™‹ ASK FOR HELP
Let us help you and get you in the system. What do you need and where are you? Independent Business or resident? Are you insured or not? We're still receiving requests for aid and can either help straight away or refer you to the right agency and follow you through.
๐Ÿ’ช VOLUNTEER
Be on the centralised list and ready to be deployed where needed. Please include your availability over the coming week and your phone number โ€“ this really helps save us coming back to you! What can you help with?
๐Ÿ“ฆ DONATE LARGE ITEMS
We're managing large household items and electricals and urgently need: Fridge Freezers, Washing Machines, Tumble Dryers, Sofas, Curtains, and Kitchen Electrics.
We are working with lots of local independent businesses and people offering a variety of aid โ€“ let's keep this local and together.
โšก SAFETY FIRST
PAT tests are being carried out (free of charge from independent local businesses!) on all electricals prior to redistribution, making sure donations are safe, checked and fit for purpose.
๐Ÿš DRIVERS WITH VANS AND CAPACITY NEEDED
We need more drivers with vans and capacity to transport items to and from our storage units (donated by local independent businesses!).
Please use the website so we can collect, organise and help safely! ๐Ÿ˜Š
It's overwhelming what has been achieved already, but also what lies ahead of us all!

Help Monmouth, Wales residents and businesses recover from Storm Claudia flooding. Donate, volunteer, or get help.
