Tamiya 1/24 Mercedes 300SL, full build details at the bottom.
Lost interest in this build and the kit pi**ed me off at the end to the point it nearly ended up being set on fire lol
The Proscale Paint Mercedes Copper Orange and Jet Black leather interior were a good combination (Links in the comments)

A Merry Christmas to all my followers and ProScale Paints Customers :)

Well its nearly Christmas and we would like to thank all our customers for your support this year, and hope you all have a great Christmas.
With our last day of processing orders being Tuesday, I think it's safe to say Hanna and Myself are looking forward to some time off.
We plan to post out up to order number 5545, any orders higher than that will be processed a week tomorrow.
The website will remain open and orders can still be placed :)

Tamiya 1/24 Mercedes 300SL
My take of the car with a modern colour
Primed in ProScale Paints grey primer and then painted ProScale Paints Mercedes Copper Orange followed by our 2k clearcoat. Straight out the airbrush today :)

I was going to go with Anthracite grey but decided on my original choice of ProScale Paints Mercedes Copper Orange, a modern colour on a classic car. Much happier with the choice :)

Change of plan on the next build, I sat staring at the hot rod this morning and just couldn't summon up the enthusiasm to start it.
So i'm building this Tamiya 1/24 Mercedes 300SL instead, going for an out the box build in ProScale Paints Mercedes Anthracite Metallic Grey and Ruby Red Leather interior :)

Took some new pictures of the cave to share with my patron supporters so may as well share here too :

I built this almost 13 years ago and it's starting to show its age in places mainly the carpet which is ruined with paint and white tack etc. My DX Racer chair is also showing its age now too and will need replacing at some point.

I'm separate from the house, fully insulated and have a feed from the house central heating so it's toasty warm in here in the winter.
It's 12x8ft and is as packed with stuff as it could be lol
And yes I have pictures on the ceiling as there's no wall space left :)
