Riding a Triumph Bonneville T120 on the Isle of Skye.

In this concluding part of my Scottish Island hopping adventure, Silvie and I visit the Isle of Skye before heading back home. For this year's event I decided to attend a ride a little closer to home. The Derbyshire Distinguished Gentleman's Ride is becoming one of the UK's biggest rides, with around 500 riders and over £40K raised. With clear skies and a long route, it's a ride to remember.

The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride is a charity event aimed at raising awareness of mens health issues, it's a great cause and for a short while donations can still be made after the event. If you feel like contriubting to a worthwhile campaign, you can find my DGR page at:

It's that time of year again, the Distinguished Gentleman's Ride is just ten days away.

This year I'll be attending the Derbyshire Ride, so please do say hello if you're there and you spot me wandering around. It will also be Donkey's first DGR; there's always a strong Triumph presence at the rides so I'm happy to be on team RE this year.
