Another announcement, this time for 🌸Flora🌸
Following the FANCY CATS ORG show in Cheltenham, Flora has earnt the title of 🏆 Triple Grand Champion 🏆

This was Flora’s 2nd ever show as an adult and she blew us away once again! She loves showing herself off and having a play with the judges and for a young girl she always holds her own competing against some really lovely Maine C***s 😻 she’s got such a bright future ahead of her and we’re so glad she stayed here with us 🩶🐾

So after a stressful morning of getting 5 cats to the cardiologist by 08:30am, the results are in… 🥁

Annually scanning our breeding cats is a hugely important aspect of our breeding program. In the UK there is only one gene test for HCM in Maine C***s but there are multiple genes that could cause the disease. With annual imaging we can identify any potential cardiac issues and remove those cats from our program. Without the scans, we’d have no idea as all of our cats are genetically tested clear as standard. If you’re going to buy a Maine C**n, make sure you find a breeder that takes health testing seriously!

To celebrate a successful day, I’ve posted some of my favourite pictures of the cats that were scanned today 🥰 so proud of my gang 🐾

Our darling Timmy 💙 we’ve had to think long and hard about this but we need to be sensible and let Timmy go to the purrfect family. This has been a very hard decision as he’s got us all wrapped around his paw 🐾

He’s 5 months old, neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped flea and worm treated up to date and TICA registered.

He’s available for a reduced 💵 due to his elbow break which is fully healed and does not both him at all
