All videos have been approved by medical experts. My name is Darren, and I am a kidney patient who raises awareness of Chronic Kidney Disease. I represent several charities as an ambassador and peer mentor, and have appeared many times in the media trying to raise awareness of chronic kidney disease. My aim is to educate as many people on Kidney Disease and it's potential prevention (where applicable) as possible.

Frequent urination and other urination changes can mean issues with the kidneys. Always see your doctor for help. Changes to my urination was one of the first signs of my kidneys beginning to lose function.
