Twelve years in, since their formation, NASTYVILLE are charging into 2025 with more bite than ever. The Italian Hard Rock outfit, founded in 2012 by guitarist David Visin aka Dave Wild and drummer Danny Boy, have carved their name into Europe’s underground circuit through grit, evolution, and a refusal to stand still.
Their early records — "Viva Hell-A" in 2015 and "Glam Caramel" from 2017 — delivered a cocktail of Glam Rock attitude and streetwise rawness, earning them slots alongside scene stalwarts like SKID ROW, CRASHDÏET and Enuff Z'Nuff. But NASTYVILLE never settled. 2022’s release "Songs of Th*****me" marked a turning point: heavier, sharper, more focused. A year later, a fresh rhythm section brought drummer Christian Tabita aka Chris Tabeat to the fold and bassist Carlo Giordano aka The Horv, offering and delivering renewed fire, as heard on punchy singles like “Red Black…Or Green?” and “Livin’ in A Mess”.
Now fronted by vocalist Marco Luraschi aka Mark Lee, and with Christian De Gaudenzi aka Dega on second guitar, their latest chapter arrives with the new album "Rebirth," their most cohesive and urgent work to date. Out on the 6th of June 2025 via Rockshots Records, the album was recorded at Ivorytears Music Works and produced by Alessandro Del Vecchio, known for his work with Hardline and Revolution Saints. It distils a decade of volatility into something muscular and anthemic.
Lead single “Power To The People” featured here in April, landed with swagger and defiance. Follow-up track “Rocking Through The Night,” featured below, is a signal flare from a band no longer fighting to survive — but poised to dominate.
In a recent interview, I asked them about the track and what it means to them, they collectively told me:
"It's the essence of our will to move forward, to leave the past behind and redefine our sound."
And that brings me nicely to the featured single - "Rockin' Through The Night."
This track is pure release — a surge of energy built for late nights, loud crowds, and letting go. It taps into that universal rush of feeling alive in the moment, where adrenaline drowns out doubt and connection overrides chaos. It’s not trying to be clever or cryptic; it’s a celebration of freedom, rhythm, and shared defiance. The message is simple: when the volume’s up and the lights go down, everything else fades — and that’s enough.
To close, this single and forthcoming album won’t gather dust in any collection, and will keep feet tapping and heads bouncing from sofa to stage. So why not clear a space, and give NASTYVILLE a try for 2025.
