Ideally, we’re looking to recruit either one girl and one boy, or two girls, to join us under contract from 1 March to 30 November 2026, with the potential to extend through the Christmas and New Year period.
📅 Working Schedule
School Holidays: 6 days per week
Term Time: 4 to 5 days per week
Typical Hours During School Holidays:
10:00am – 12:00pm
2:00pm – 4:00pm
6:00pm – 11:30pm
🎯 Role Overview
Daytime: Deliver a variety of holiday park activities including sports, game shows, competitions, and similar guest engagement events. Team members must arrive early to set up and stay after to pack down.
Evening: Host kids club, lead party dances, run family game shows and competitions, and compère cabaret acts.
Technical Training: We’ll provide training on sound and lighting systems.
Personality Over Performance: Singing ability isn’t required—what matters most is a big personality and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
💷 Compensation
Hourly Rate: £13 per hour
Completion Bonus: £0.50 per hour worked, paid upon successful completion of the contract
🏠 Accommodation
Charged at £50 per caravan per week, plus monthly invoicing at cost for gas and electricity usage.
If team members are happy to share, they can split the accommodation costs.
🧩 Additional Duties (Term Time)
During quieter periods, team members may be asked to assist in other customer-facing areas such as:
Answering phones and taking bookings
Guest check-ins
Occasional bar shifts
