🎙️ Podcast Recording Night! 🥋✨

Last night we had the absolute privilege of recording our August podcast episode with none other than England Karate legend Dean Hodgkin!

Dean was part of the historic KUGB team that famously defeated Japan at the 1990 Shoto World Championships in Sunderland, securing the win as the third fighter in the lineup. Not only that, Dean is also a WSKA World Individual & Team Champion and winner of the prestigious JKA Nakayama Cup — a true titan of the karate world! 🏆🇬🇧

To top it off, Dean brought along his gold medal from 1990 — a powerful piece of karate history we were honoured to see up close.

Huge thanks to Dean for joining us, and also to his brother Tony Hodgkin — who we hope to welcome as a guest very soon. Dean is the definition of a karate gentleman, and this episode is one you won’t want to miss!
