A recent cartoon class, draw a character and pass it on, draw a new pose so we all draw in each others style. Also a nice ‘Chris Simpson’ for me 😊

worksheet - by adding a bit of shadow inside the mouth changes the direction of the head revealing the second eye, different line styles for the speech bubbles helps to emphasise the expression, french fries and ovals for hands, drag back from the focal to each eye to help avoid the Homer Simpson effect 🤪

I was creating a swing tag last night for my range of mugs but then I thought the whole image works as a logo for my new website. What dust reckon? ‘Sell it duck’ is a play on local dialect from The Potteries area of Staffordshire, England.

Nice online class working on drawing skills and pen control, then finished the session off with a 50 / 50 proportion character, using finger to draw instead of pen.
