Ad: High on the back of a brilliant comeback yesterday, we went straight to in South Shields for a beautiful meal. We were freezing and soaked through, but we were given the warmest welcome and warmed straight up in the cosiest restaurant.

The food was amazing. To start we had:
- tomato garlic bread
- prawns pil pil (this was sensational, the sauce was unreal. The bread to dip up the sauce was most definitely needed)
- halloumi sticks

For mains:
- lasagne
- carbonara
- chicken al pepe (again the sauce was delicious and there was so much of it which I absolutely love)

Desserts:
- cheesecake
- profiteroles

Our waiter was super friendly and gave us great service (even when he knew we were Sunderland fans and he was a Mag 🤫😜).

is on Ocean Road in South Shields and there is lots of free parking 🅿️ nearby so it’s really handy.
