WHY UGC OR USER-GENERATED CONTENT WORKS?
Increase e-commerce sales by putting in less effort. It's no secret that user-generated content - particularly product reviews - helps boost conversion rates. When people trust their friends' opinions over the brands that they've bought from before, they're more likely to buy.

If you're a small business with a tight marketing budget, user-generated content (UGC) can be a more cost-effective option than investing in high-production photographs and films. User-generated content, in fact, can be very inexpensive or completely free.
