If not for the prices of African food in the abroad ehn, what is land in Abuja that somebody cannot buy? 😩😂
Tell me why you’ll enter an African or Asian store to buy just one thing, and by the time the debit alert hits your account, you will feel it deep! You will have to hold your chest😭
If you’ve been able to find a way around this, supplementing some things for some others, abeg share with us. For me i still get somethings from Nigeria and plead with anyone coming to bring them for me.
One thing I’ve learnt to hold on to is my spinach and kale. Like, what is ugu???
Because it still does the job and does it very well. In fact, it’s even sweet! Lentils too for beans.
And ora leaf, that one I’m still holding on to, i buy some from back home then anybody coming to visit bring it for me, because I don’t know if there’s a good supplement for it yet. Still searching 😜
So please, those of you that have found the hack, how have you been doing it? What and what have you been able to supplement that still gives you the proper Naija vibe?
