Comics take over Glasgow this August 💥

Over 100 comic artists from across the UK are heading to Glasgow for Sequential Scotland Comic Con, a new indie comics festival celebrating everything from superheroes and fantasy to zines and graphic novels.

Sponsored by CASS ART and funded by The National Lottery through the Open Fund, this one-day event champions the incredible independent work being made right here in Scotland and beyond 🌎

Over 100 independent artists are coming to Glasgow this August, so whether you're a comics fan, a curious reader or someone dreaming of making your own, Sequential Scotland is open to everyone and all ages are welcome.

Homework club on Sunday

Hi all

This Sunday, from 2pm, for anyone who wants to, some folks are meeting in Prohibition Cabaret Bar (where we had the launch, near station) to do some drawing and try and make progress with their next anthology piece for the kids comic. ALL WELCOME

(Also, if Sunday's no good and you're around on Saturday, it's Small Press Day, some Paperjammers and some zine-y folks will be hanging out in Travelling Man basement, encouraging the making of comics/zines. Pop in and join in the fun if you’re inclined)
