Sorry I've been quiet everyone, I've been a busy man 👀

Proper Home Cooking is out on the 8th October and seeing all these copies sitting here ready to go out into the world is a very special feeling.

This book is for real life. Busy families, busy kitchens and proper food to sit down and enjoy together.

There’s plenty of little tips, tricks and things I’ve picked up over the years in there too.

Hello everybody ❤️

Just to let you know, episode two has dropped on the YouTube channel!

I’m not going to tell you what it is though… you’re going to have to pop over and see what I’m cooking 👀😂

It’s great fun being back in the kitchen, but there’s plenty more to come too. I’ll be out and about, on the bike, visiting places, cooking and getting up to all sorts.

We’ve put an incredible amount of work into this over the past six months, and I’m over the moon that I can finally share it with you.
