Damp, water stains, and salts coming though the plaster.
Does this sound familiar?

Finding the cause of these issues can be tricky.

This property called us as it had some water ingress. The plaster is water stained, salty and damp.
We sent our drone up for an inspection and uncovered a slipped and broken roof tile and a very poorly joined roof. It also raises our suspicion that there is no felt under these tiles meaning it is much easier for water to make its way in.

We are arranging our team of trusted contractors to get up there and fix the problem.
