Morning Folks, it seems the Rib strain is not recovered enough for me to get back at it in the shop, missing it so much now and it’s only be just over a week.
So it’s back to the rest and gentle stretching for a little longer😞
Hopefully it’s not going to take much longer, I think once I can manage the pain better “ I’ll be back “

Just a quick update on my health. The pain I was experiencing in my Ribs is subsiding, from the time out and rest from everyday activities.
Tomorrow I start some gentle exercises for the intercostal strain, and feel I will be set to return to the shop on Monday.
Looking forward to getting back to seeing you all for your key cutting, engraving needs. BIG Love ❤️ stokesy x

Just want to let you all know, that due to an intercostal muscle strain, I have been advised complete rest, to let the healing take effect.
Therefor I regretfully inform you that the shop for Key cutting and Engraving will be closed this week.
And hopefully by next Monday I will be fit to return.
Sorry for any inconvenience, and hope to see you all very soon.
