Sustainability - Albert Certification

We at Zoogon are very aware and quite invested in the importance of sustainability in the industry. We have used the Albert Certification tools for our Dar le Daideo project to ensure we could produce this series to meet high environmental standards. The process was very straightforward and the Albert team were always on hand to offer advice or answer any of our queries. The website is full of information and case studies as well which is a great help. Our team was delighted to follow the Green Memo as a guide to achieve the goal of Albert Certification. We started by making some changes by going paperless as much as possible and ensuring there was a zero waste to landfill policy in the studio. It has shown us how small but effective changes can have a very positive impact on the production sector as a whole. Albert also provided free training workshops which were very insightful and highly beneficial. We would like to thank Mulkerns Euro Spar for using sustainable packaging as well as offering meat-free days for the duration of the production. Also a big thank you to the Canal Court Hotel for their hospitality. The Canal Court is very central to Zoogon which helped massively save on travel & fuel - some crew walked while others car shared each day.

Big win for Irish-language drama Crá at Gradaim RTS Ireland 2025 🏆

The gripping six-part crime series took home the award for Best Scripted last night.

Produced by Fíbín Media and Zoogon LTD Ltd for BBC Gaeilge and TG4, Crá was made with support from Northern Ireland Screen’s Irish Language Broadcast Fund, Screen Ireland, Coimisiún na Meán, Gréasán na Meán Skillnet, and About Premium Content (APC).
