Get ready to dust off the tractors, pull on the festive jumpers and spread a little Christmas cheer! ✨ The local community is invited to join for their Annual Christmas Run on Saturday 27th December 2025.

📍 Assemble: Marine Park, Annalong

☕ Finish: Back to Marine Park for refreshments

Enjoy a slow sunday in on a Nature and Resilience Guided Walk

🗓Date: 7 September
🕚Time: 11am (duration: 2.5 hours)
👣Distance: 2.8 miles

📍Meet in Woodland Trust Northern Ireland car park, 228 Newry Road, Kilkeel.

🌳Experience a guided walk that allows nature to help us understand personal resilience. The walk will explore the ancient woodland and Whitewater River in Mourne Park for indicators of resilience and motivators on how we can develop our own resilience capacity.

💚Well Being Skills from the Community Resilience Model (Trauma Resource Institute) help us reset in times of stress and our guide will introduce these skills and provide an opportunity to experience how nature can have a rejuvenating and restorative effect on us.

‍😌A perfect few hours, spending time in nature, learning about Mourne Park and utilising nature to learn and grow.
