From tide to table, Millbay Oysters deliver something special. 🦪

Our Pacific oysters are grown in the pristine waters of Carlingford Lough, close to our Kilkeel base in Ireland. Using traditional methods, we nurture hatchery seed in nutrient-rich waters, creating a natural product that looks as good as it tastes.

Day in, day out, our team’s hard work and dedication shape oysters that are beautifully formed, with large, plump meats and an unmistakable flavour of the sea.
