Festival season is HERE and Fire In The Mountain has kicked it off in the most magical way possible.

There are few places on earth quite like this festival, bursting with creativity, kindness, and soul. Extraordinary talent is everywhere you look, yet ego is nowhere to be found.

We are so grateful to have been invited back once again, and wow... you really showed up this year! Every last scrap of fabric found a purpose. Together we upcycled old clothes, created new garments, costumes, teddies and pillows, block-printed prayer flags & t/shirts, and repaired more beloved pieces than we could count.

But the moment that truly melted our hearts? ❤️
Seeing so many of you return wearing the festival outfits you made with us last year. That is everything we stand for & proof that loved clothes last!

A huge thank you to Mel & Bobbi for looking after us, and all the incredible stewards who came to the rescue when our van decided to have a meltdown.

Fire In The Mountain, you have our hearts. 🫶🏼

Bitch & Stitcher Sharon thrifted this absolute gem on Vinted for a Little House on the Prairie inspired Wild West fancy dress event. She added a little sewing magic with an old pair of jeans, and voila! A totally show-stopping outfit and honestly… we think it looks absolutely fabulous! 👖🧵

🧵 27th May: Circular Sewing School – Learn to sew and make a cute coin purse (or regulars can continue their projects)
🌿 28th May: Macramé Wall Hanging – Knot and create a beautiful wall decoration
🧶 28th May: Weaving Workshop – Make an artistic yarn wall hanging
