These fake accounts are contacting listeners with claims that they have won a prize. Cool FM and our sister stations would never ask for credit card details in order for a listener to participate in a competition or redeem a prize. Please be vigilant to engaging with any such messages. We are working with Facebook to remove any profiles pretending to be our presenters to ensure that no further listeners are targeted.
