This month has flown by… I cannot believe it’s the end of July! Although you know what that means - Leo season is in full force 🤪🦁♌️

This month has been about pouring into myself, doing things that fill my cup and spending time with my little family 🥰

Hi, it’s me!

Did you miss me? Cos I missed you! I unintentionally took the whole of June off - a much needed break to be honest. My husband and I bought our first home and have spent the first month making it into our happy place. The dogs are veryyy happy too 🥰✨

I also took a break from my business. To be honest I’ve taken a 2 month hiatus from my business because I was beyond a state of burnout - as you may know. The house move took everything I had - moving across country is no joke! & I just had a lot on my plate with work and life.

However, I’m back now, recharged and ready to hit the ground running. My business has been working for me in the background while I had time off - the beauty of automation! I have a lot of things I want to change and implement, as well as fresh ideas and energy so it’s a very exciting time for Find Wellness Within. I hope you continue to follow my journey, come here for your all things health and wellness related, as well as follow me running an online business alongside my 9-5 and working towards time and financial freedom.

April has been filled with pouring into myself, spending time with my husband, my furry babies, my family & closest ones. It’s definitely been a month filled with some amazing memories 🥰 let’s have a nosey shall we… 👀

3. Played the worst tennis game ever with my husband, sister and brother in law. We will not be making it to Wimbledon 🤣

2025 Dirty Dozen and Clean 15 list✨

Each year the Environmental Working Group (EWG) and the Pesticide Action Network (PAN) release the list of fruits and veggies that make up the Dirty Dozen and Clean 15.

The Dirty Dozen are the produce that you should try your best to buy organic as they have the most contact with chemicals and pesticides.

The Clean 15 list is produce that you can get away with not buying organic, however if your budget allows you should try to buy as much organic as possible to limit chemical contact.

These lists are such a good tool to use when planning your meals and/or doing your food shop so that you know which foods to prioritise when buying organic.
