🏐☀️ What a day! Such a great netball tournament, and it was made even more special having my little family there cheering me on. 🥹 Hearing the kids shout “Go Mummy!” from the sidelines melted my heart🫶🏾

Now I’m home, absolutely exhausted, icing my knee in bed 😅, but so grateful that I said YES to doing something just for ME!

A little reminder to my mum community, you deserve hobbies, friendships and moments that fill your own cup too…Motherhood is a huge part of who we are, but it’s not ALL that we are. Whether it’s netball, running, reading, dancing or trying something completely new, make time for the things that bring you joy🫶🏾

For me, it started with joining a local netball team… and now I’m completed my first tournament with them🔥🎉 You never know where one small step outside your comfort zone might lead!

What I served my baby VS what he ate
Picky lunch today, he loves his grapes and cheese! Tried a new mango yog today which he wasn’t a fan of, he used it for sensory play 😅🤪😂 He isn’t too keep on cucumber but I keep serving anyway. As you can imagine I did a good old clean up after. Glad he atleast tried it! I offered him some milk to top him up

Anyone else get nursery/school pick-up anxiety? 😅

No matter how organised I try to be, I’m constantly checking the time, calculating traffic, and worrying I’ll be late 🤦🏾‍♀️ is it just me?!

The mental load of motherhood is real, and somehow being on time for pick-up feels like the biggest mission of the day😩 My solution? I set an alarm 20 minutes before I need to leave and aim to arrive early enough for a few minutes of peace in the car. It doesn’t always happen, but it definitely helps keep the panic levels down for sure!
