I was having a chat with a client the other day and she mentioned that she didn’t know how to have a sales call with a male business owner, vs a female one and it reminded SO many people do not know the difference, so let me break it down!

We started breaking down how differently they buy, and honestly it reminded me why knowing WHO you’re selling to changes absolutely everything.

Selling to women is not the same as selling to men, the psychology is completely different, the entry point is different, the language is different, what they’re actually buying is different.

Woman buy the feeling first, the identity upgrade, the version of themselves on the other side, logic comes after the emotion, not before it, so if you’re leading with features, ROI, and efficiency language and your audience is women? you’re losing them before they even get to the offer.

Men buy the outcome first, the ROI, the competitive edge, the win, lead with directness, peer level authority, and results. emotion is still there, the entry point is just different.

This is the kind of strategy we go deep on inside my world, because the offer doesn’t change, the psychology & messaging does.

Working with neurospicy business owners means every single one of my client experiences looks completely different, and I wouldn’t have it ANY other way.

Different experiences does NOT mean different levels of support. It means the support is actually built for the person receiving it, because what works for one brain does not work for another.

& if you’ve ever left a coaching experience feeling more lost than when you started… that’s probably why.

Most coaching is designed for one type of brain. If yours doesn’t work that way you sit in sessions nodding along, walk away with a to-do list you don’t know how to start, and quietly convince yourself you’re the problem.

You’re not. The structure was.

Here’s what support actually looks like inside my world right now…

Client C has OCD so she needs a to-do list ready at ALL times, after our catch-up I built her a private portal, priority sorted, so she knows exactly where to start.

Client A is a massive planner who loves keeping me updated constantly, so we built her a portal with full call prep and a running update feed.

Client M loves voice notes so every week we do a full voice note brainstorming session because some people do not work well with a wall of text and that’s OKAY.

Client S needs reassurance and real conversation, so our calls run longer because we get everything done on the call instead of setting tasks that never get touched.

& none of this starts when someone signs. Before anyone comes into my world I make sure I understand how they think, how they learn, and what’s actually going to move them.

Especially when you’re doing any kind of content around clients pain points, you should NEVER just talk about their base problem because anyone can talk about that, but they will choose you because you showcase you understand the deeper issues of their struggles!

here’s why your content isn’t attracting high paying clients 👇

Let’s be so honest with each other for a second you know your audience, you know your offer, you know the results you deliver, so why are you STILL not signing them clients?

You’re still attracting clients who haggle, pay in three instalments, and disappear when you raise your prices.

Well, the answer is that you’re talking to everyone’s basic problems, the ones that can be fixed at £300pm, but you fix a DEEPER issue than that!!

So, right now your content is doing the bare minimum.

“here’s where you are, here’s where you could be” & that’s all you’re saying… you wonder why nobody’s moving.

Those clients who can actually afford, and are looking for you need more than a transformation!

They need to feel like you understand them on a level nobody else does.

They need to read your content and think “how does she know that’s exactly what’s going on in my head.”

& right not doing that, you’re skimming the surface and calling it strategy, or “ consistent posting”

The middle part, the why, the feeling behind the problem, the thing they haven’t even said out loud, that’s where high paying clients are won, & that’s exactly what we build inside my 1:1.

When you get that right, you stop chasing, begging and you stop convincing, your content does the work instead.

PART 2 | How would I coach YOU if you were a business owner with ADHD? 🧠

Welcome to my mini series: How I Would Coach You, where I’m going through a list of different neurodivergencies and talking about how I would coach you differently.

Today I spoke about ADHD and the way that I would coach someone who comes to me with ADHD, because their brains work at a very fast pace, very differently to some of my other clients.

Now even though ADHD is so commonly known in the business world, I still believe that there are a lot of people that don’t quite understand how to utilise their ADHD to the best of its abilities.

For example, instead of overwhelming yourself with loads of tasks, because I know that your brain is already busy, we focus on the tasks that are most important and the ones that you find most enjoyable. Doing things in a way that feels exciting rather than just another thing on the list.

Even with the boring stuff, I use incentives with my ADHD clients to keep them engaged.

Think reward systems, gamifying task lists, making the mundane feel like something worth finishing.

It sounds simple but it genuinely changes everything.

When it comes to ADHD, it’s really really important that you understand exactly WHY you’re doing something, not just what you’re doing.

Because when the why is clear, the motivation actually shows up. I’ve seen it happen time and time again, a client who couldn’t get started on their content suddenly finds their rhythm the moment the purpose clicks.
