This is the last week of neurodiversity week and it had been amazing. So insightful and a celebration of strength. We all learn in different ways. Neurodiversity is something to be proud of like all the colours of the world 🌎. Differences should be celebrated. Right or wrong I believe my diagnosis of bipolar has been a bit of a symptom of neuro diversity. I saw struggling to read and do math as a weakness. Also a lack of concentration to be connected to negativity. The great thing there test like this amazing one below and tools to help both neurotypical and neurodiverse people to thrive. Because the length of time to get a diagnosis in particular ADHD most companies or all don’t need this to make reasonable adjustments to you work life.
