To keep everything simple, stress-free, and tailored to you, all bookings with us must now be made directly by the couple getting married.
Here’s why this works best:
• ✅ Clear communication, You know what you want better than anyone else. Having you as our direct client avoids crossed wires and miscommunication.
• ✅ Our planning tools are built for you, We provide online music request and wedding day schedule forms that only work properly when completed by the couple. If filled in by others, the details often don’t reflect your actual vision.
• ✅ Avoiding last-minute changes, For example, if a bride’s mother makes the booking and selects everything, the bride often only sees it weeks before the wedding. By that stage, she may want something completely different, but the DJ and services have already been allocated months in advance, making it too late to switch.
• ✅ Your day, your way – Every wedding is unique, and this ensures everything reflects your wishes, not someone else’s choices.
If a family member would like to pay towards your entertainment as a gift, that’s absolutely fine, but the official client on the booking contract must always be the couple themselves.
