This week she performed as one of the best narrators you're likely to see this side of Stratford Upon Avon and tonight she's off to her leavers dinner/disco looking like the beautiful young lady she is becoming. What a year! I lost people I loved, watched the world allow genocide in the middle east, managed to work a s**t load, watched Kloppo leave and Slot bring in a new revolution, Amyl and The Sniffers entered my psyche, my youngest started (smashing) school, I ran a lot, got fit and I climbed the three tallest peaks in each of the the three countries of GB in 24 hours.... Strange year. Next year I get my Directors hat back on make a few shorts, start planning a feature for 2027/2028.

As summer comes to an end and the weather begins to change, for some reason I always have a bit of a wobble. I don't quite understand why, but this week has been a cathartic one. Is it a Neuro Divergent thing, is it a weird me thing. Who knows? But I'm finally wading out the other side with some appreciation and gratitude again. Beautiful walk in the rain with Albert this morning has given me some reflection that I very much needed
