NEW THINGS AS A NEURO DIVERGENT! My brain tortures me every time! IT'S SO HARD TO TRY NEW THINGS AT THE BEST OF TIMES but being neurodivergent ADHD makes making new friends quite difficult as being relaxed and authentic to begin with is never easy and often people judge which gives you rejection sensitivity dysphoria...it's a minefield out there folks!
