Looking for some support please

My better half Jane and Lucy Justine are running the London Half Marathon in a couple of weeks, they are running for Janes sister Ali who sadly took her own life due to Mental Health so this is a cause they they feel is extremely worthwhile!
It is going to be tough, Jane is not a runner and this is very much out of her comfort zone but is something she really wants to do and raise awareness!

They are raising money for the Mental Health Foundation and if you can spare even just £1 it will make a massive difference!

Those of you that have been effected by it in any form will know this is such a worth while cause.

Ocean Jewelry - Hi all my 13 year old daughter has just started making her own jewelry, she is selling loads and often has Ocean related items for sale like these cool earrings, they are super cheap just £3 each inc 1st class post (UK) if you are interested let me know, her stock is changing all the time so I will post more when she makes them! Fantastic news, at last.

SHARK FIN WIN — Bite-Back’s HQ erupted in celebratory cheers as official news came in this morning that the government is set to ban the import and export of shark fins. The announcement is the culmination of six years hard work by the team, from the moment we first exposed the loophole in the law that permitted anyone to bring 20kg of shark fins through our borders, to the series of behind-the-scenes meetings with Lord Zac Goldsmith and DEFRA. . Thank you all for your support and confidence in Bite-Back to campaign effectively for sharks and the marine environment.
