This space is for all of us who are unapologetically raising our children in the West, while staying true to our African roots, values, and traditions—despite the side-eye glances, the unsolicited advice, and the constant “you’re doing it wrong” from people who just don’t get it
In this space, we’ll laugh, vent, share, and most importantly, stand together. If you’ve ever been told that you’re “too strict” or “too African,” this is your tribe. Let’s support each other and keep doing it our way—because at the end of the day, we do not care what anyone thinks 😁
