I love being a mum.
But I won’t pretend the system makes it easy.
The cost of childcare, the school holidays, the inset days, the pressure of needing two incomes whilst somehow being everywhere at once.
For so many families, it’s not that we don’t want to work.
It’s that traditional work often doesn’t fit around family life.
That’s why I started looking for another way.
Not to become a millionaire overnight. Not to escape my children.
But to create more flexibility, more options and more breathing room for our family.
