We love a podcast! Here's just a few that we've supported or developed in the last few months, from offering full production support, to recording and editing, or just providing advice and guidance to creators.

So if you've got the seed of an idea for a podcast, or maybe you've already started recording and want some help with moving it forwards, get in touch.

1. The Broadly Speaking Podcast - hosted by Andrea Kelly from the Broads Authority, this series explores the Broads National Park peatlands. Offering a variety of viewpoints on sustainable land management, and a hopeful glimpse into the future of this evolving landscape.

2. On The Move - a podcast with Parkinson's UK designed to take listeners through a range of movements and activities that are designed to help everyone get active in an accessible way.

3. Wild Vines: Climate, Wines & Everything Between - exploring the impact of climate on wine (with a mix of psychology!). Speaking to a variety of people working in the wine industry, from winemakers to vineyard managers to the indie shops selling to the public.

4. The French Culture Podcast - a deep dive into the people, historical moments, food, art and trends that have shaped the Gallic world in the modern era. Written and hosted by Courtney Traub from Paris Unlocked.

A few seconds of dawn chorus for you.

Last week Sophie and Anna went out to do some field recording with the brilliant artist Bill Vine at Strumpshaw Fen. To have a play with some equipment and capture the last dawn chorus of May.

This was part of the research process for Sophie's Developing Your Creative Practice (DYCP) funding from Arts Council England, a programme that supports individual creatives and cultural practitioners to focus on career development.

We're really excited to give this one a listen. Beyond the System is a new podcast miniseries created by care leavers in Norfolk, and we were thrilled to help them with editing it.

Each episode starts with one of podcasting team sharing a creative piece they have written, and is then followed by a conversation on a topic. By sharing parts of their stories, they hope to make a difference and help others feel less alone.

We're having a bit of studio spring clean this week, here's just a few of the treasures that we've found in the cupboards.

Needless to say all of this is vital and we have thrown nothing away (we did actually get rid of some recycling and have a good old sort out, honest!).
