After a few weeks of slightly chaotic absence, we're back with a new episode for you to enjoy! On Monday, I was able to chat to the Welfare, Community and Diversity Officer for UEA(su), Amelia Trew! She's pretty fabulous anyway, but she definitely knows her stuff when it comes to Coronavirus and UCU strikes, and we had a really interesting discussion!

This week was our LGBTQ+ History Month special, in which we focus on all things love and acceptance, both in and out of politics. We are so happy to be able to share our interview with Lord Smith as well, and we hope you all enjoy the show! 🥰🌻🌈
p.s. one day, we will remember to record the intro to a show, but given that it came with the lovely addition of Morgan doing ASMR directly down the microphone, we're not too stressed about it this week!

In honour of the fact that it's Valentines Day this week, along with LGBTQ+ History Month, we're going to be doing a show all about love, specifically within politics- what can we do to make the world of politics a more loving and accepting one? We want to hear your suggestions, as well as a couple of song requests ❤🌈

We've had a really fun morning recording and editing our interview ready for Monday's show, and we can finally reveal who our guest is for our LGBTQ+ History Month show! We were honoured to be able to chat to Lord Smith, who was the first openly gay Member of Parliament in the UK. We'll be putting out some more information over the next few days, but we'd love you to tune in on Monday from 5-6 to listen to our conversation!

Bad news: we don't have a recording of Monday's show, due to a minor tech hitch 😭 (very upset, it was a pretty good show!)
