Tickets are live for our premiere screening and Q+A of The Castle, Rebuilding History! 🏰

🍿 Join us for a special red-carpet premiere of The Castle, Rebuilding History — a new feature-length documentary from Eye Film, narrated by Stephen Fry. Filmed over seven years, it captures the ambitious £28 million restoration of Norwich Castle’s iconic Norman Keep.

🎞️ The evening will begin with a short introduction from Eye Film, followed by the screening and a Q&A with Producer/Director Cameron Black, Executive Producer Charlie Gauvain and Tim Pestell, Curator of Archaeology at Norwich Castle Museum & Art Gallery.

🥂Stick around afterwards for a drinks reception and red-carpet photos to mark this celebratory occasion.

My daughter has just launched a crowdfunder film project, which is very personal. At 23 she has Axial Spondyloarthritis - and her film explores living with chronic pain. Eye Film are supporting the film and there will be opportunities to get involved this summer when it’s filmed. Please do share and if you can support this project.

Delighted to confirm that our documentary following the renovation of Norwich Castle has been picked up by 4, with none other than Sir Stephen Fry narrating!

We’ve filmed behind the scenes at the Castle for 8 years and are so proud that we’ll be sharing the extraordinary renovation of the medieval Keep with viewers across the country.

It’s been a pleasure working with Norfolk Museums, Norfolk County Council, Feilden+Mawson, Conisbee and Morgan Sindall Construction on this project.

Finalsite are one of our long term clients and they approached us as someone they trusted to explain their company offer reflecting their clean and refined style. The result was this explainer animation which was devised and delivered in house.

We started discussing the idea of a short film with the Click last year, their only brief was to create something in the vein of our documentary work... Oh and they didn't want to feature in it. The result is a film about the Clicks process and the creation a brand, from the perspective of their clients. It was great working with a client who trusted us enough to be hands-off through the large chunk of the process, and to follow our instinct of what would make a compelling story about their work.

Thanks to The Click and to Erika, Robert, Lucy and Steve who kindly gave their time and expertise to the film.

Annu's moving on!

She has overseen huge changes in the company and, moving through various production roles up to Head Of Production, has been an organisational extraordinaire as well as being a core part of our creative team at Eye Film. On top of that she has brought too many good vibes, an infectious love of dogs, unparalleled parallel parking, along with never forgetting a birthday or missing a chance to celebrate! Good luck Annu, we will miss you!

We won! We were surprised to win not one but two awards at the Royal Television Society East event in Cambridge last month.

Discovering the Gloucester won Specialist Factual and our film for Town Close won Promotional Film. A wonderful recognition of the whole team's hard work. So good to have Lincoln, Claire and Ben from the Gloucester project with us for the night too... They brought the story to us and brought the film to life!

A brilliant evening with so much local talent being recognised, proud as always to be part of this growing community.

Thrilled to be nominated for 3 RTS awards at tomorrow's event!

From shipwrecks to cutting edge driving simulators, we have been nominated for both documentary and commercial projects. The standard of competition is very high this year with so many great films and production companies from the region in the running, feels like a great honour to be nominated amongst them.

Over 70,000 people came to the exhibition where this film told the story of how Julian and Lincoln discovered the Gloucester. Very proud it’s been nominated for an RTS.
