When Lily first reached out to me about her business, Scamps, she was at the very beginning of building her brand. She had the passion for caring for pets across Norfolk, but little experience with branding, design, or websites. She knew she needed a professional presence that reflected her business and attracted the right clients, so we got to work together.

We started by creating a branding package tailored to Scamps; colours, fonts, and visuals that matched her friendly, trustworthy service. From there, I designed a logo that brought her brand to life.

Next came her website. I made sure the design flowed, the colours worked, and the layout felt engaging and easy to navigate. We looked carefully at her voice and her ideal clients, making sure her site reflected both. I also optimised it with keywords so her business could be found on Google.

But it wasn’t just about handing Lily a finished product. I walked her through the design process, teaching her how to make edits, how to use colour theory, and how to create graphics for her page moving forward.

Now Lily not only has a professional brand and website she’s proud of, but also the skills and confidence to keep building her presence online.

Introducing Service Swap Sundays 🙌🧡

As a freelance social media manager, I’ve been so lucky lately to connect with some amazing local girlies and swap services instead of money, which has been so valuable to me and has helped me form some great business relationships too!

It got me thinking… why not make this a thing?
Because let’s be real: times are tough, but our talents are still valuable and who knows how a service swap could help a fellow business owner!

So every Sunday, I’ll be featuring service swap opportunities from amazing local business owners—whether you're a lash tech, a VA, a baker, a cleaner, or a hairstylist, this is your space to connect, collaborate, and get things done without spending cash.
