This Eurocamp holiday has 2 water parks one indoor and one outdoor and boasts the fastest waterslides in Europe!

We spent 5 days at Duinrell on our first ever eurocamp holiday. Use of the Poole was included in our booking, but it was limited to 3 entries before you had to buy additional.

We found 3 enough along side all the other things available on site and in the local area.

Tomorrow I will be sharing a video tour of the inside of the accommodation we booked.

the Hidden gem cafe I went to today will not be getting a video review....

When I started reviewing places and recommending them I made a deal with myself that I would never bring down a small business. Everyone has an off day and it's my opinion...

Basically I should not have the power to ruin someone's small business or drive people away from it.

Today the cafe was beautiful, great menu, cakes looked incredible and the staff were nice however my meal was not.

So I have made the decision to not share any of it, I could have easily found a number of good things to say about it and not discussed my meal but that was the reason I went.

I hope that this take on my recommendation means that you value where I do share much more

Our first experience of a euro camp

5 days here coat is less than 5 days at UK centre parks and the pool and the rides were all Included.

We love to see new countries and experience holiday that are a little bit different, this year we drove to Duinrell for 5 days. Over the next few videos I will be sharing my experience and tips for staying at Duinrell (down-rell.

Our holiday home was booked directly with Duinrell and not euro camp.... It was cheaper and the accommodation seems superior. We had a 2 minute walk into the park and it was easy to return for drinks / snacks / lunch.

There were no wait times above 5 minutes for any ride except the inside rides which were about 15 mins wait.

The play parks are huge and can be accessed even once the rides have closed. There are rides for all ages but I think it would suit kids under 15 the most.

We saved over £500 driving to our European holiday this year, was it better than flying?

This year we travelled to Holland for our family holiday at Duinrell followed by a few nights at Efteling Theme Park Resort. When we added up the costs of driving and petrol Vs flying and car hire we decided we would rather save the money.

We left Nottingham at 3:30am, got on the euro tunnel at 8:30 (we arrived early and got out on an earlier train) and decided to make our travel day a little more fun by stopping at Provinciaal domein De Ster.

We arrived at Duinrell before it closed at 9pm and still got to enjoy the park for a few hours.

Both our kids 8 and 14 much preferred driving and we will definitely do it again, stay tuned for my review in both theme parks

Cafe, farm shop, gift shop and alpacas

The cafe is a nice little afternoon out, it has a great farmshop, gift shop and in the back you can see alpacas and donkeys.

Cakes are made on site daily and the menu offers something for everyone. After many comments saying I must try the cakes I went back yesterday for coffee and a cake, which was lovely.

In the back there is a small play frame with some outdoor seating and the offer drawing pads for kids.

I started this account in April and have built my following to nearly 10k followers and have on average 1.2 - 2 million views a month.

Highly recommend asking for a "dealer's choice" on your next coffee order ....

I'm normally a very boring decaf latte with hazelnut but today I asked my server at The Old Theatre Deli for her to decide my coffee order, not only did I get the best coffee art I've ever seen but a beautiful coffee....

A flat white with creme brulee syrup, it was so good!

And to think I put them 4th on my best coffee in southwell list 😬.... Sorry about that.

I'm here for the money can't buy experiences.....

I absolutely love creating content, I love visiting new places, trying new food and enjoying days out with my family and friends.

I wouldn't consider myself a mum account or a foodie account.... I'm just someone who loves to have new experiences and to go to new places, some days that means a day out with the kids, some days that means an event with friends or a meal with my husband. That's what I'm here to show you....

Life isn't about being one thing, I can be just me, a mum, a friend and a wife and each occasion calls on a different version of me.

Yesterday I was invited to go to Slim Chickens, my son's favourite place to grab a treat meal, so for this event I was Mum. He got to have a Nerf battle in an empty restaurant eat his favourite food and I got to be the best mum for giving him a money can't buy experience.
