Online classes via Zoom start Monday 6th January 7.30pm with a NEW class on Wednesdays at 5.30pm from 8th January.
New in-person start in venues around West Bridgford, Nottinghamshire Mondays -Thursday from January 6th. Classes are suitable for all ages and levels of ability including injury rehab and age-related conditions
